In Their Own Words: Standout Reviews
We had a great experience with Charleston Roofs from start to finish for replacing our skylights. The rep that came out to assess the project was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We got a few quotes from other companies and CR+W was the fairest. Our project manager stayed in contact during the whole install. The work was done well, efficiently and the area was cleaned up when the work was completed. We would definitely recommend them!

I had a roof leak and called Charleston Roofing. They came out the next day and within two days we were in a contract to replace my roof. Eric Chesnutt explained everything they were gonna do.Then Jared Purcell took over as my project manager. They were very professional. The job was completed in one day. The crew that came did an amazing job. When they left my house and yard was better and cleaner then when they started. THANK YOU!!!!

Charleston Roofs & Windows exceeded my expectations on converting a screened porch to 3-seasons room. Michael gave an excellent, thorough sales evaluation and worked with me on price, John also came to evaluate and design, adding an upgrade with no additional cost, Aaron and team showed up and worked non-stop till project was complete and came back promptly to address and fix a glitch. Amanda was great in communication and all details and costs were provides clearly upfront. I feel like I have a new Room added to my house. I highly recommend this company!

This was the Absolute BEST experience I have ever had for an expense of this kind. My salesperson Eric was easy to work with, my roofing Supervisor Grady was super communicative and really easy to talk to, and my Gutter installer Justin was neat, quick, and efficient. I had interviewed several other roofing and gutter companies and none of them compare to Charleston Roofing and Windows. Great job y’all! Thanks!
